D.S.: „Ich bitte um Verständnis, dass ich anonym bleiben möchte. Ich war in einer Lebenskrise und mein Arzt verschrieb mir gegen meine Ängste ein sehr starkes Sedativum. Da dieses Medikament aber sehr schnell abhängig macht, suchte ich Alternativen. mikebo überließ mir freundlicherweise eine Vorabkopie von „Astral Traveller“. Es war und ist für mich sehr faszinierend am eigenen Leibe zu erleben, welch positive Wirkung die richtige Musik auf die Seele ausüben kann. Zwischenzeitlich bin ich mit guten Resultaten bei einem Therapeuten. Aber „Astral Traveller“ war eine extrem gute Brücke. Die Musik von mikebo macht aber auch süchtig 😉 …nur ganz ohne negative Nebenwirkungen. Danke!!“
ASTRAL TRAVELLER – Die Beschreibung der Reise
Part 1 – Sunrise: Stellen Sie sich vor, es ist ein warmer, sonniger Tag. Sie sind auf einer Waldlichtung. In der Mitte dieser Lichtung steht ein mächtiger magischer Baum. Der Startpunkt Ihrer Reise. Suchen Sie sich einen Platz Ihrer Wahl, machen Sie es sich so bequem wie möglich und versuchen Sie, einfach mal alles loszulassen. …
Part 2 – Peaceful Day: Sie liegen oder sitzen entspannt. Vor Ihrem inneren Auge sehen Sie hoch über sich das Blätterdach dieses großartigen Baumes. Ein leichter Wind bewegt die Baumkrone und vereinzelt blinkt das Sonnenlicht hindurch. Ihre Reise beginnt… Stellen Sie sich vor, wie Sie langsam an dem mächtigen Stamm entlang nach oben schweben, immer weiter auf das lichterfüllte Blätterdach zu. Je näher Sie der Baumkrone kommen, desto lichterfüllter wird diese. Ja, sie scheint auf einmal in allen Farben des Regenbogens zu leuchten. Je mehr Sie sich auf diese Leuchterscheinung ausrichten, umso stärker spüren Sie, wie Sie nach oben getragen werden. Jetzt werden Sie eins mit dem Licht und Ihre Reise beginnt…
Part 3 – There is no empty Space: Sie schweben in einem pulsierenden, spiralförmig verlaufenden, vielfarbigen Tunnel. Durch die durchscheinen Tunnelwände können Sie beobachten, wie mit unfaßbarer Geschwindigkeit Sonnen und Sternengruppen an Ihnen vorbeifliegen. Sie lassen absolut los und vertrauen ganz darauf, dass Sie an das Ziel Ihrer Reise gebracht werden…
Part 4 – Nightsky: Nach unbestimmter Zeit geht jegliche Bewegung in Ruhe über. Der Tunnel löst sich auf. Sie sind völlig schwerelos. Sie fühlen sich leicht und unbeschwert. Sie haben eine weitere Station auf Ihrer Reise erreicht: Wohin Sie auch schauen… Der Anblick ist schier überwältigend… Kosmische Nebel, nahe und ferne Galaxien… Und dennoch wirkt alles so vertraut. Sie haben das Gefühl, angekommen zu sein. Doch Ihre Reise ist noch nicht beendet. Schauen Sie sich um, wo möchten Sie hin? Welchen kosmischen Nebel, welche Galaxie, welches Sternensystem, welchen Planeten möchten Sie erforschen? Die Wahl liegt ganz bei Ihnen. Und weiter geht es… Richtung Unendlichkeit…
Part 5 – Astral Traveller / Part 6 – Infinity: Für das, was Ihnen nun begegnet, wurden noch keine Worte geschaffen… …Sie werden eins mit der Unendlichkeit…
Part 7 – Center of the Milky Way: Sie haben das Ziel Ihrer Reise erreicht… Sie sind angekommen im Zentrum der Milchstrasse, unserer heimatlichen Galaxie. In der Mitte dieses Weltenrades kommen Sie zur absoluten Ruhe. Ein Gefühl unermeßlichen Friedens erfüllt Ihr ganzes Wesen. Sie beobachten zwar, wie die Millionen von Sonnen langsam um dieses Zentrum herum kreisen, aber Sie nehmen an dieser Bewegung nicht mehr teil…
Part 8 – Flight of the Eagle: Jede Reise kennt einen Beginn, ein Reiseziel und was diese Reise betrifft, so gibt es auch eine Rückkehr zu dem Punkt, von dem aus Ihre Reise begann. Ein gewaltiger, majestätischer Adler nähert sich Ihnen, breitet seine gigantischen Flügel aus und lädt Sie ein, auf ihm Platz zu nehmen. Vertrauen Sie sich dem Flug des Adlers an. Er bringt Sie sicher und wohlbehütet zurück…
Part 9 – The Magic Tree: Sie sind wieder an dem Ausgangspunkt Ihrer Reise angekommen. Nach wie vor ist es ein warmer, sonniger Tag. Sie liegen oder sitzen wieder unter diesem wunderbaren, mächtigen und magischen Baum. Öffnen Sie langsam Ihre Augen und kehren Sie mit viel Ruhe und neugewonner Kraft in das Leben zurück, was die Menschen als „die Realität“ bezeichnen. Sie wachen auf mit dem wunderbaren Gefühl, dass Sie jederzeit, wann immer Ihnen danach ist, wieder zu der Waldlichtung und zu dem magischen Baum zurückkehren können, um von dort aus erneut eine Reise in die Unendlichkeit antreten zu können.
